This policy covers website visits, enquiries, meeting bookings and related communications. Our Data Protection Notice provides the detailed information required under Turkish KVKK.
2. Information we use
We process technical records needed for website operation and security; the name, contact, company or role information you provide; messages; and meeting details.
Required fields are identified in the relevant form. Optional fields may be left blank. Without necessary contact details, we may be unable to answer your enquiry or arrange a booking.
The principal sources are you, your browser and the booking service. If a business representative provides your details for a meeting, we will also provide appropriate information about that source and processing.
3. Legal bases where GDPR applies
Where GDPR applies to a particular activity:
Website security and responding to business representatives generally rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f), with your rights considered.
Necessary pre-contractual steps requested by an individual who is or will be a contracting party may rely on Article 6(1)(b).
Processing required by a legal obligation recognised for GDPR purposes relies on Article 6(1)(c).
Optional marketing and technologies requiring consent rely on Article 6(1)(a).
Records needed to establish or defend legal claims are retained on the relevant legitimate-interest or applicable legal-obligation basis.
A Turkish legal obligation does not automatically establish an Article 6(1)(c) basis for every GDPR-covered activity. The appropriate basis is assessed for the activity.

7. AI and automated decisions
Website visitor and customer employee personal data is not supplied to the AI-assisted blog-writing workflow.
AI-assisted survey analysis in the panel is a separate activity performed under customer instructions. The submitted data, providers and retention settings are described in customer data-processing arrangements.
This marketing website does not make decisions about visitors based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
8. GDPR rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing. You may object to legitimate-interest processing for reasons relating to your situation, and to direct marketing at any time.
You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
GDPR requests are normally answered within one month. Where permitted and necessary, this may be extended by two further months; we will explain the extension within the first month.
You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, particularly where you habitually live, work or believe an infringement occurred. Your rights under Turkish KVKK remain available separately.
