These terms concern the goactivex.com marketing website. Access to the customer panel, subscriptions, fees, service levels and customer-data processing are governed by separate agreements.
2. Product information and calls
The website provides general information about the product. The availability and scope of particular features, integrations, languages, services and commercial terms must be confirmed in the quotation and agreement before purchase.
Requesting or booking a call does not itself create a subscription agreement or purchase obligation.
Product information may change. Such changes do not automatically amend existing customer agreements.

Blog posts and guides provide general information. They do not replace legal, financial, tax, occupational-health or other professional advice tailored to your circumstances.

Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Mentioning them does not establish a partnership or endorsement.

Do not submit personal or confidential information you are not authorised to disclose. Real employee data is not needed for an initial product evaluation.

A link does not mean that Applixus endorses all third-party content.

The website is not guaranteed to be continuously available or free of errors. Maintenance, updates and external events may affect access.

The Turkish version is authoritative to the extent permitted by applicable law.
